Sales operations agents that keep the CRM tidy

A sales operations agent in Definable keeps your CRM tidy, prepares every meeting and posts the pipeline to Slack before Monday stand-up. It works in the apps your team already uses, like HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack, runs on a schedule, and asks a person before it sends anything you mark.

A week in Acme's demo workspace with a now-line sweeping through it: tasks run as it passes, New task fills itself in, and any block can be run or paused.

How a sales agent works

  1. 01

Works in your CRM and inbox

Connect HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack with one sign-in each, from more than 1,000 apps.

  2. 02

    Starts before stand-up

A weekly task posts the pipeline to Slack every Monday morning, in your time zone. Each run is a chat you can read later.

  3. 03

    Your playbook, written once

A skill holds how your team preps a meeting or writes a follow-up, and the agent reads it when the task matches.

    Nothing sent without a yes

Emails and other actions you mark wait for approval. On a scheduled run, the agent's publisher approves them in the app.

Sales operations FAQ

  • Which apps can agents use?

Over 1,000, through Composio: Gmail, Slack, GitHub, HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets and many more. Apps can start an agent too: a new email, a new row or a webhook can trigger a run.

  • Can agents run on a schedule?

Yes. A task runs once at a set time, or daily, weekly, monthly or on any cron schedule, in your time zone. Each run starts a new chat you can open later. Builder can set one up for you.

  • How do agents use my apps safely?

You connect each app yourself, or each customer connects their own account. Actions that write or send can wait for a person to approve them, and every call is in the trace.

  • What are skills?

A skill teaches an agent how your team does a task: instructions, and sometimes scripts, in a folder. Add one from the open catalog at skills.sh, upload your own, write one in the editor, copy one from a public GitHub repo or ask Builder to draft it. Catalog skills show what five security auditors found, and the agent's owner approves every skill.
